My friend BC suggested that next month they host a Holocaust party, with the boys dressed as Nazi's and the girls as Jews. And then the month after that a Khmer Rouge party. And on and on and on... The possibilities are endless.
Wow, this is one of the weirdest things I've ever seen? Wouldn't it be more historically accurate if the black girl were wearing slave clothes or with a rope around her neck? And if a Confederate soldier was seen dancing with a "negro" wouldn't he get in trouble of that.
Seems like the black girl's family doesn't understand what a "Civil War: ball must have really been like for black women?
